Mid-Century Modern Landscape Design

Sal & Bros undertook a complete landscape overhaul of this mid-century modern home in the Pacifica neighborhood near Mission Bay, San Diego. The project involved extensive excavation, grading, and the construction of a wrap-around retaining wall system. A new multi-vehicle driveway, tropical front yard with sustainable plantings, custom fencing, and a custom basketball court were integrated to enhance privacy, recreation, and curb appeal. The addition of a native fruit tree orchard and efficient irrigation system ensured sustainability, while every aspect was designed to complement the home’s architectural heritage.
